Here are some more details on the biggest surprise unveiled from the Dodge Garage, the closers look at the exterior, interior and performance of this latest concept car unveiled at the SEMA 2018.
Cars and Concepts – Performance Innovations in the 2018 Dodge Super Charger
The muscle cars and concepts are considered to be highly impressive and created carefully as the brand’s whole image and reputation depend on that particular vehicle. Thus the Dodge Super Charger concept is one such example of the coupe style muscle car that is created with the design of the Dodge Charger, modern parts from Challenger SRT Hellcat, Demon and Mopar. This sums up that the performance of this concept is going to be highly astounding, which indeed it is. A new Hemi-V8 engine that propels a 1,000 horsepower is not what every muscle car can do.
The 7.0-litre mill crate engine will be up for sale in 2019 FCA, which was specifically created for the Dodge Super Charger Concept 2018, and is nicknamed to be Hellephant as a tribute to the original Mopar 426 Hemi engine due to its huge power and size.
The 2018 Dodge Super Charger concept has a 950 lb.-ft. torque, Brembo brakes and Stock Hellcat transmission to propel the 1,000 horsepower. Having the combined power of Demon and the Challenger Hellcat, the Super Charger is among the most powerful muscle cars produced by the Dodge until now. The improved supercharger is based on the Mopar Challenger Drag Pak race cars, which Mopar reconfigured to make it suitable for the streets. The highlight of this vehicle is that the engine was never produced before and is actually a crate engine which can be paired with the Mopar Crate Hemi Engine kit. The package also has the option to add valve covers from the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye and Challenger SRT Demon’s valves, valve trains, retainers and locks. A powertrain control module (PCM) is added to provide easy installation, along with power distribution centre, chassis harness, oxygen sensors and other such features are added to make it more useful and easy to use.
A new technology is made to make this iconic muscle car revive and perform better with a new Hellephant engine, having an original logo of the 426 Hemi V8 engine.

Design of the 2018 Dodge Super Charger Concept
The 2019 concept has some of the most significant modifications in the body and made this muscle car more attractive. The original grille is still there and covers the entire fascia making it look more appealing and commanding. The interior is fitted with luxuries a classic car could have to perform well and smooth on the road.
The coupe body style is still kept in the 2018 Dodge Super Charger concept, having some significant modifications to make it look better than ever. The front lights are taken from the Challenger SRT Hellcat and have shortened flushed up fibreglass units at the place of bumpers to give it a more modern day look. Also, a custom fibreglass splitter is added on the front which resembles the one from Challenger SRT Demon and new fibreglass hood is also added to make this muscle car look more appealing.
All design elements added have great appeal, be the wide fibreglass fenders on sides, Charger’s original mirrors, or the shaved off door handles. Every design element is taken from the best-sellers and has made the exterior look unique and classy. The muscle cars and concepts from the past use to feature a front door vent window, which is replaced for the 2018 Doge Super Charger concept and now has a one-piece side glass.
Having a 1968 dashboard and Viper steering, the 2018 concept has a great combination of some classic features and new technologies. The traditional analogue gauges and the vintage look is retained by avoiding any digital screens. However, the steering is a bit modern but it looks best combined with red stitching and a red stripe at the12 o’clock position. The Hellephant medallion is featured in the center on the steering wheel making it look more commanding and appealing. Also, the centre console has the 1968 Charger’s original but now features a manual shifter taken from the Challenger SRT Hellcat and also there is an engine start button.
Muscle cars and concepts are supposed to have the best of the material and technologies including the premium upholstery, as the interior reflecting luxury enhance the value of the car. The sporty seats from the Viper are wrapped in high-quality Alcantara leather and adorned with the red stitching. It has no rear seats and thus the room for the storage at the rear side, while a Mopar pedal kit, Satin Black door panel makes a bespoke interior of the 2018 Dodge Super Charger concept.
A Mopar muscle car and concept having the latest engine capable of propelling a 1,000 horsepower is pretty much amazing. This concept has made the headline all over the world and is one of the highly powerful restomods that usually makes a lasting impression. The main highlight of this concept car is the Hellephant crate engine which can be bought for any of your car capable to get hold of this much horsepower.
